EXchange Hotel | Vancouver B.C.

Created back in 1929 as the original Old Stock Exchange, the 2019 opened EXchange Hotel Vancouver convinced me as a stylish and conveniently located pre- or after cruise accommodation or simply as the perfect headquarter for city sightseeing during your Vancouver city trip.

Located just a few blocks away from the Skytrain´s City Center station, the beautifully refurbished hotel is a great starting point for discovering the city and is easy to reach from the airport.

As it is also only a few blocks down to the cruise terminal, you might also consider this as your luxurious lodging before or after a cruise out of Vancouver towards Alaska or Hawaii.

I really liked the sleek yet homely interior design of the rooms and public spaces and it perfectly combined the historical flair of the building and the contemporary and elegant innovations of a modern downtown hotel.

Being extremely energy efficient, this adds to the general overall value that I felt I was receiving for the price of the room and the excellent location.

Just minutes from shopping and the port, the EXchange proved as our ideal starting point while not having to compromise in style, comfort and location.

We stayed for two nights before boarding our ship and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and in-room illy coffee maker to the fullest. Service was extremely friendly and the location was prime for our needs.
